  • performs the management and operative management of the university;

  • proposes to the board of directors to take the measure of requesting the employees to complete the medical examination in exceptional situations of professional unfitness of a psycho-behavioral nature;
  • implements the Board of Directors’ decisions to conduct a full medical examination in exceptional situations of professional unfitness of a psycho-behavioral nature by employees;
  • ensures the conditions for the implementation of the decisions of the Board of Directors, the ULBS Senate, the Code of Ethics and University Deontology, as well as the other internal legal acts of ULBS;
  • chairs the competition commission for the designation of the general administrative director and appoints him to the post in accordance with the law;
  • present to the University Senate reports on the fulfillment of the mission and strategic objectives;
  • performs other duties established by the university senate, in accordance with the management contract and the legislation in force.

  • make public, by declaration, on a yearly basis, the university’s annual offer of education in accordance with the law.
