Theoretical Approaches and Practical Applications (HSTAPA), which will be held in Sibiu, Romania, on 7–8 November 2025, in a hybrid format (onsite and online). Building on the success of previous editions, HSTAPA 2025 aims to provide an interdisciplinary forum for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to engage in critical dialogue on the evolving concept of human security. The 2025 edition of the HSTAPA international conference is hosted by the Astra County Library in Sibiu, which serves as an esteemed partner of this academic event.

The selected papers after the peer-review process will be published in Studia Securitatis Journal (SS), December 2025 Issue. Studia Securitatis Journal is a member of Crossref (https://www.crossref.org). We assign a DOI name for each article published in Studia Securitatis Journal.
